The crowded Democratic field includes 14 candidates vying for the nomination and the chance to take on President Donald Trump in November 2020.

Fourteen candidates have already dropped out of the race: Former HUD Secretary Julian Castro, California U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris, former Texas U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, Ohio U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, Massachusetts U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, California Rep. Eric Swalwell, Miramar, Florida Mayor Wayne Messam, former U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak, Montana Gov. Steve Bullock and West Virginia state Sen. Richard Ojeda.
