House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan is demanding that the Biden-Harris administration's Transporation Security Administration (TSA) turn over documents related to the committee's inquiry into the recent surveillance of Tulsi Gabbard with the Quiet Skies program. The Quiet Skies program marks those that need to be closely monitored by the US government when they are traveling by air.

According to the letter from Jordan to the TSA head, "On August 21, 2024, the Committee wrote to you requesting information and documents about the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) recent surveillance of former Representative Tulsi Gabbard. To date, you have failed to comply with the Committee's requests. We write to reiterate our August 21 requests and ask for your voluntary cooperation with our oversight." The committee wrote in a post that the TSA’s failure to comply with the request amounts to “stonewalling” the inquiries that have been made in regard to the documents.
