In a vote on the House floor on Wednesday, 150 Democrats voted against passing a bill that would deport illegal immigrants caught driving under the influence.
274 House members voted to pass the bill, including 215 Republicans and 59 Democrats.
Rep Barry Moore (R-AL) introduced the bill to the House on January 11.
