The suspect behind Sunday's shooting at Pastor Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church in Houston has reportedly been identified, amid reports that the shooter used an AR-15 that had "Free Palestine" written on it.
Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36, had entered the Texas church Sunday while carrying a long rifle and wearing a trench coat and a backpack, according to local outlet KHOU 11.
The shooter's AR-15 had the phrase "Free Palestine" written on it, according to CNN and ABC News. Officials have not publicly stated a motive for the shooting as of Monday morning, but a press conference is scheduled for later in the afternoon.
Moreno has a long criminal history and was born as a man, per Fox News.
