Donald Trump made more than £1bn from cryptocurrency during his first year back in the White House.
The US president earned $2.2bn (£1.7bn) in total in 2025, a mandatory disclosure with the US Office of Government Ethics shows.
Around $1.4bn (£1bn) of his revenue came from his cryptocurrency business, including $500m (£378m) from the World Liberty Financial venture he co-founded with his sons and the sons of Steve Witkoff, his special envoy.
Mr Trump earned around $500m after an investment firm tied to the United Arab Emirates bought nearly half of the company in a controversial deal.
