4 Better Ways to address Pre-Existing Conditions

(The Federalist) In a recent article I linked to a tweet promoting alternatives to Obamacares pre-existing condition regulations which have raised health insurance premiums for millions of Americans: How about 1) renewal guarantees 2) high-risk pools 3) health status insurance and 4) direct primary care…? I offered those solutions when asked about a Republican alternative to Obamacare and specifically the pre-existing condition provisions.
