Primaries 2018: From Prison to Pot

Battles will also be settled between the establishment and activist wings of the Republican and Democratic parties as voters head to the polls for primaries in Colorado Maryland New York Oklahoma and Utah and for runoff elections in South Carolina. Here are key races to watch in each state: Colorado: Republican Rep. Mike Coffmans seat in the 6th District in which Hillary Clinton beat Trump by nearly 9 percentage points in 2016 is high on the Democrats target list.
