Tis The Season to Have No Fear...Stand Firm

(The American DossierBy John KatzEditor) I was going to get into the nitty gritty of all that has happened this week. There will be plenty of opportunity to so in the closing week of 2018. There has been a lot of noise in the media . The immigration border wall the stock market going bear a possible govt shutdown and the constant finger pointing all have one common theme ....fear. As Christians we know this tool all to well. It is the trickery of the devil. Dont get me wrong the issues are real but this time of year we can are supposed to be in a joyful spirit in celebrating Jesus. But I cant help but pondering Ephesians 6:11.....Put on the full armor of God so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. I dont know about you but from keeping with the news this week I cant help but feel depressed and gloomy. On top of that many of us fear where our family dinner conversations may tread. Again more fear and trickery of the Devil. May I remind you to simply to put aside your differences and focus on loving one another. As Christians we are called to Stand firm in the Lord...as fear is the opposite of faith Have hope and love. Have A Merry Christmas A Happy New Year and Blessed Holidays!
